During a session, the recipient typically lies down fully clothed while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body. Many people experience warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation.
Reiki is used to support overall well-being, encourage self-healing, and restore harmony in the mind, body, and spirit.
After a Reiki session
You can expect to feel deeply relaxed, lighter, and more balanced. Many people experience a sense of calm, warmth, or gentle tingling. Some feel an emotional release, clarity, or a renewed sense of energy. Others may feel peaceful and sleepy, as if they’ve had a deep rest. Each experience is unique, but overall, Reiki promotes a state of harmony and well-being.
