About Us
Hi! I’m Ali — I like to float between the worlds of being a Naturopath Practitioner, Esthetician, Intuitive, Healer, and Sound Healing Therapist. Since 2016, I’ve nurtured a boutique skincare studio in Denver, CLEAN SLATE Skin. Over time, life and the Universe began nudging me toward something deeper. I followed those signs and my life expanded entirely into alternative wellness and healing — blending my passion for holistic care with the fulfillment of connecting with people.
Upon my spiritual acceptance of self and exploration I met Rebecca. First a teacher and guide, then mentor and friend — now a soul sister and fellow Guide. Together we’ve created a space for our healing practices to grow with a fellow community that honors Mind, Body, and Spirit balance.

Outside of the studio, you’ll find me in the mountains spending time with animals, being with nature, reading, snowboarding. Always continuing my studies; a forever student. I travel when I can, loving beach time and exploring different alternative wellness techniques within other cultures.
I’m grateful for the growing community around Wellness Ritual and look forward to welcoming both new and familiar energy into this space. I feel honored to support others in returning to their highest alignment.
I’m Rebecca, a pediatric speech-language pathologist, healer, speaker, and teacher. I’m here because I underwent a truly life- and perspective-altering Spiritually Transformative Experience (STE) while in my twenties when working on healing from a childhood trauma.
I call myself “The Accidental Mystic” because it all seemed like it happened by accident. I didn’t believe what happened to me was possible, and I spent a long time trying to make sense of my experiences before I started sharing publicly about them.
Iwas raised with a skeptical mindset, I also come from an interfaith family. I have a Jewish dad, a Christian mom, and an Indigenous stepdad from a medicine tradition – a combination that I am eternally thankful for and that helped me understand and embrace my experiences.
I also enjoy and have made myself available to speak to religious, spiritual, educational and cultural groups about spiritual awakening, healing from trauma through spiritual experience, interfaith approaches to spirituality, and understanding mental health through a spiritual lens.
When I’m not seeing clients, I’m working with kids as a speech-language pathologist, doing Pilates, reading, or spending time outside. I’m originally from New Orleans, and I currently live in Colorado.
